BizWhats reserves the right to determine whether a support request qualifies as standard assistance or requires a separate service engagement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, source code, designs, and documentation provided through BizWhats are the exclusive property of our organization.
You may not claim ownership or exclusive rights over any of our materials — whether modified or unmodified.

All products and services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
In no event shall BizWhats, its affiliates, or partners be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use — or inability to use — our products and services.

3. Product Warranty and Compatibility

BizWhats does not guarantee that every product or feature will function perfectly across all browsers, devices, or environments.
Compatibility depends on user settings, configurations, and third-party integrations.

Any modifications made by third parties may affect performance or compatibility.
We encourage users to review our official demos before making changes or installations.

4. Prohibited and Illegal Use

You agree not to use BizWhats or any related services for unlawful or unethical purposes, including (but not limited to):

Fraudulent activities

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made to BizWhats — including subscriptions, deposits, and service fees — are non-refundable and non-reversible once processed.

Deposited funds must be used for purchasing available services such as hosting, digital tools, or marketing campaigns.

By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
If a dispute or chargeback occurs, BizWhats reserves the right to:

Cancel all future orders, and
Permanently suspend or terminate your account.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will lead to immediate account closure without exception.

6. Promotional Credits, Coupons, and Free Balances

From time to time, BizWhats may offer promotional balances, coupons, or credits through marketing campaigns or loyalty programs.
We reserve the right to modify or revoke these credits at any time in case of misuse or policy violations.

If a revoked promotion results in a negative account balance, your account will be suspended until the balance is settled.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BizWhats, its affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or business loss — resulting from the use of our services.
